• How can I install SvachSakthi roof top system?
  
  You can fill the Customer interest form or call us at +91 9739141463, and we will guide you further.
  
  
• Will SvachSakthi rooftop system provide power backup also?
  
  Default system will not have any provision for power backup. If the customer wants to have backup, we can deploy the same. But, this will incur some additional cost for the customer.
  
  
• How will I get the monthly payments after installation?
  
  We prefer digital payments, so we would be crediting the payments directly to the Customer's bank account provided during registration, at the end of every month.
  But for those customers who do not prefer online credit, we will arrange an alternative. Whichever is the preferred mode of payment, it will be finalized during registration itself.
  
  
• Will I be able to change to a different mode for receiving the monthly credit at a later point of time?
  
  Yes, customers can change the mode of credit by contacting our customer care. However a nominal fee should be paid by the customer.
  
  
• I am not satisfied by the returns from SvachSakthi and want to discontinue. How can I do that?
  
  We at SvachSakthi always strive to put customer interest first. Reach out to our CustomerCare and we will help you with the process.
  
  
• I find the earnings less, how can I earn more from SvachSakthi ?
  
  For customers who have the flexibility to invest more, we can install additional capacity on site, which will generate more power, there by giving the customer a chance to earn more. For such customers, we suggest to go with reVolt - X product. Additionally, customers can earn a bonus when they refer new customers to us. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can do. Referral bonus will be credited directly to the customer account after successful deployment.

• I like your concept of promoting renewable energy. How can I contribute to this initiative?
  
  SvachSakthi aims to deploy the rooftop solar systems at the grass root levels, primarily wishing to onboard the economically backward group. NGOs can thus play a phenomenal role here by providing us the contacts of Self-help groups from Villages they work with. We are currently operational in Andhra Pradesh and soon plan to expand to other states.
  
  
• What kind of households can deploy SvachSakthi?
  
  Anyone who is having a legally owned/rented/leased property required to install the rooftop solar system.
